Obituary of Elsie Grant

Elsie Violet Grant of Killam, Alberta passed away peacefully on Friday, February 27, 2015 at the age of 93 years. She is survived by her sister Jeanne (Bob) Dick of Edmonton; three children Craig (Agatha), Sherryl (Curt) and Wayne; eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Elsie was born on September 11, 1921 in Forestburg, Alberta to Bert and Violet Mallett. She was predeceased by her husband Russell (1985), one sister Edith Osback and four brothers Art, Lorne, Cliff and Leslie Mallett. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 5th at the Killam Knox United Church. Memorial donations in memory of Elsie may be made to the Killam Long Term Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice.
