Obituary of James Black

James Arthur Black was born to Jim and Elsie Black at Lougheed, Alberta on March 29, 1924 and passed away in the Hardisty Health Centre on June 16, 2015 at the age of 91 years. He is survived by daughter Mary Lou Rawluk and her husband, Brian of Lougheed, daughter Barbara Jansen and her husband, Gerald of West Kelowna, B.C., nine grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren, sister Gwen Smith of Edmonton, and sister-in-law Connie Black of Edmonton. Art was predeceased by his wife Helen, sister Irene Walmsley and brother George. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Art to the Hardisty Hospital Auxiliary, Hardisty, AB or to a charity of the donor's choice.
