Obituary of Bernard Harold Shihinski

Bernard "Bernie" Harold Shihinski of Daysland passed away at Providence Place on Saturday, December 3, 2016, at the age of 83 years. Bernie is survived by his Wife Shirley; Son Dale (Cathy) Shihinski, daughter Cheryl (Colin) Miller and son Morris (Carolyn) Shihinski; 10 Grandkids and 8 GreatGrandkids. Bernie is predeceased by his parents Peter and Tekla "Tillie" Shihinski; and 8 siblings, Father and mother-in-law Tim and Dorothy Caruth. A Memorial Mass will be held on December 7, 2016 at Our Lady of the Prairies Catholic Church in Daysland, Alberta at 11:00 A.M. Please join the family for a time of fellowship and refreshments to be served in the Roman Catholic Church hall. Memorial donations in memory of Bernie may be made to the Daysland Hospital Foundation, the Providence Place Foundation or to the charity of donor's choice.
