Obituary of Blanche Rose George

Blanche Rose George was born in Camrose, Alberta on November 4, 1928 and passed away at home in Killam, Alberta on March 23, 2017 at the age of 88 years. She was raised by Charles and Anne Granger of Edmonton. Blanche is survived by one son Barry and his wife Betty of Edmonton; one daughter Linda Hunter of Edmonton, and one grandson Michael Hunter of Terrace, BC. Blanche was predeceased by her husband Gene in 1998. A memorial service for Blanche will be held on Saturday April 1, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Killam Senior’s Centre with Stephen Haughland officiating. Please join with the family for a time of fellowship and refreshments to be served in the Senior’s Centre after the service. Memorial donations in memory of Blanche may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
