Obituary of Ernie Palmer

On Sunday, November 5th, 2017, Ernest (Ernie) Gerald Palmer passed away suddenly at the age of 59 surrounded by family at the University Hospital in Edmonton, AB. He was born September 27th, 1958, at Killam Hospital to Edna and Lloyd Palmer. He resided in Strome, AB with his wife Donna of 38 years and their 3 children.

Ernie will be forever remembered by his wife, Donna; three children, Jacqueline (Dan), Ryan, Kayla (Mike) and three grandchildren, Brooke, Jordan and Luca. Extended family Anita and Frank McGowan, Ina Hagen, Linda Carrier, Ed and Marilyn Palmer, Bob and Marie Palmer, Pat and Rhonda Whitten, Elaine and Lyle Patten, Laura and Wayde Barker, Herb and Wanda Whitten and Kathryn Glimm, also numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

Ernie was predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Edna Palmer, sister Doreen Cameron, brother Reg Palmer, brothers-in-law Edward Hagen, Rick Carrier, and Neil Cameron.

May he forever be in our hearts.
He will be greatly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 10th at the Killam Community Hall. Memorial donations may be made to the Alberta Transplant Institute, Stars or a charity of the donor's choice.
