Obituary of Donald Yauch

Donald (Donnie) Wayne was born to Frances (Kelndorfer) and Don Yauch on October 16, 1957 in Grande Prairie, AB. In 1972 he moved to Red Deer with his parents where he resided until his passing on May 22, 2013 at the Red Deer Hospital. Donnie faced many challenges on his journey here, but he never lost his spirit to love and live the best he could. He was an avid downhill and water skier. He loved working with his father in the Auto Demolishing Business for many years. His favorite pets were his cats, Speedy and Muffin. Donnie will be remembered for his Great Smile, those Twinkling Eyes and his love to tease those around him. He is survived by his sister Bonnie of Red Deer and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Donnie was predeceased by his parents Fran and Don, his maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church - Killam. Interment will take place in the Killam Catholic Cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Donnie may be made to the Teresa M Kelndorfer Foundation for Seminarians or to a charity of the donor's choice.
