Obituary of Gordon Dammann

Gordon Peter Dammann was born to Peter and Magdelena Dammann at Dodsland, Saskatchewan on February 1, 1929 and passed away at Killam, Alberta on February 21, 2013 at the age of 84 years. He is survived by his loving wife Shirley; five children Dan (Karen), John (Lorene), Linda (Terry), Julie (John) and Robert (Karen); ten grandchildren Dayna (Casey), Daniel (Erin), Michael (Nicole), Tiffany, Matthew, Donald, Pamela, Jennifer, Jordan and Richard; one great-grandson Dylan; two brothers and four sisters Ernie (Dorothy), Helen, Marie, Dorothy, Lawrence (Audrey) and Shirley; numerous nieces and nephews. Gordon was predeceased by three brothers George, Edward and William; three sisters Irene, Ruby and Ann; one granddaughter Stephanie. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at the Killam Community Centre. Memorial donations in memory of Gordon may be made to the Killam Cemetery Fund or a charity of the donor's choice.
