Obituary of Allan Johnson

Allan Johnson was born to Henry and Anna Johnson at Amisk, Alberta on November 17, 1930 and passed away at Hardisty, Alberta on January 9, 2023 at the age of 92 years.

He is survived by his loving wife Dorothy; children Greg, Wade, Kim (Colleen), Scott, Don (Lorraine) and Lori (Wes); grandchildren Renée (Kelly), Cody (Tanya), Ryley (Taryn), Brady, Brant, Shaun (Becky), Scott (Jessica), Kristofer (Taylor), Luke, Seth, Ethan and Kendra; great-grandchildren Bria, Jaxon, Brayson, Elyse, Reese, Lakyn, Koven, Kyler, Emily, Josephine, William, Seth and Katie.

Allan was predeceased by his parents Henry and Anna, two brothers Chester, Bob and his sister Dorothy.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, January 16, 2023 at the Amisk Hall.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Allan may be made to the Amisk Senior Centre, the Hardisty Auxiliary or a charity of the donor’s choice.
