Obituary of Florence Breum

Florence Margaret Breum was born to Thoralf and Hulda Engebretson on the family farm on May 26, 1923, and passed away at the Killam Long Term Care Centre on June 10, 2017, at 94 years of age.

She is survived by daughter Verna and her husband Bill Gibb; granddaughters Tammy Gibb-James and her husband, Bud, Shauna Gibb; 3 great grandchildren and 6 great, great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Florence was predeceased by her husband, Clifford; her son, Jim; parents Thoralf and Hulda Engebretson; 3 sisters Mary Kruse, Irene McMahon,  Doris Kruse; 4 brothers Ivan Engebretson, Hjalmer Fossen, Joe Fossen, and Joy Fossen; brothers-in-law Frank Kruse, Walter Kruse, Wayne McMahon; sisters-in-law Esther Engebretson,  Mandy Fossen and Tena Fossen.

A funeral service will be held at Pleasington Church (42379 Range Road 143) on Monday June 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Please join the family for a time of fellowship and refreshments to be served at the Killam Senior Centre after the service.

Memorial donations in memory of Florence may be made to the Pleasington Historical Society, Recreation Department - Killam Long Term Care Centre or the charity of the donor's choice.
