Aloha Sherrie and 'ohana (family),
Mere words aren't enough to express our love for Dennis. We remember him, first, as a devoted family man who honored his loved ones with his words and actions. He touched our hearts with his wonderful gift of storytelling, his genuine warmth and interest in people, that fun twinkle in his eyes, his sharp wit and intellect, and his ability to see the common sense in the complex. He always left us feeling encouraged, thankful, and happy. Please know that beyond these words and across far distances, our hearts are joined in sadness at the passing of our cousin and friend, but stronger for having shared treasured moments with him. We humbly say "a hui hou" - until we meet again, to this great man.
