Obituary of Jean Oberg

Jean Oberg of Forestburg passed away August 25, 2018, at the age of 90 years.  She is survived by her children Vivian Oberg, Brian (Lenore) Oberg, Linda (Edwin) Streich, Dwayne (Joyce) Oberg, Joyce (David) Biggs, Dale (Sandy) Oberg; 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.  She also leaves behind her siblings Mary Bruhaug, Ted (Joan) Patten, Isabelle Haider and Joan (Ted) Djos. 

She was predeceased by her husband Ivan, grandson Bill Johnson and her brothers and sisters Roy Patten, Mint Patten, Margaret Culbert, Chris Polak, John Patten, Lawson Patten, Dorothy Napper and Doug Patten.

A celebration of Life will take place Saturday, September 1, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at the Forestburg Community Hall. 

Memorial donations are gratefully accepted to the Pleasington Cemetery or the Galahad Ladies Auxiliary.
